Overview:

Pukta Construction is expanding its roofing services, and we're looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow this division. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and have a passion for sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new roofing leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and provide estimates
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing options and insurance claims
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction from sale to completion

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales experience (construction or roofing industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops (safety training provided)

Compensation:

• Up to 70% profit split
